Free Consultation: This 30-minute, no-charge consultation with one of our therapists is designed to help you determine if our treatment approach is right for you and your specific issues. During the consultation, the therapist will briefly discuss your problem, explain the rationale behind our approach, and outline how we plan to address your concerns. If desired, the therapist can also provide a consultation note or script for your doctor to sign in order to begin treatment. After the consultation, you can schedule an Initial Evaluation.

Initial Evaluation: This initial appointment of the treatment plan is scheduled for 1.5 hours and requires a script from a doctor to begin. During the session, our therapist will take a thorough medical history, perform a physical examination, and develop a treatment plan tailored to you. You will also be educated on the rationale behind the treatment and instructed in pain management strategies, including exercises and ergonomic modifications. After the appointment, you will schedule future sessions.
